The Capacity to help you win
Capacity’s team of professionals, with diverse backgrounds, crafts customized solutions to help you succeed. When there is not an obvious or simple solution to a challenge, we excel. We consult on a range of projects across the U.S. We help our clients define and shape an emerging issue; the sooner we’re brought into the process, the better the outcome. With a wide range of startup and economic development clients, we have the experience to provide key insights through analytical support and ongoing consultation.
To help our clients be successful and to constantly improve, professionally and personally.
Caring is a way of life at Capacity Consulting. We care about our clients and our people. We care about our work, our reputation, and our communities
Competence creates confidence, but it is the ultimate level of confidence, when you are able to stand in truth about who you are and what you stand for.
To achieve a high level of performance for our clients, our consultants are candid about the findings. Research, objectivity and truth are our super powers, and it is candor that brings these powers to life.
Our team members must not just be inquisitive, they must NEED to know. This is a fundamental requirement of Capacity team members. This need to know is what drives us to keep going until we find answers and generate results.
We encourage our people to learn and grow. This drives us to continually improve and never become complacent.
This flows directly from our CEO who wants this for our clients and our people. Fiscal independence. Physical independence. Mental independence! Being empowered through independence!
“Capacity is successful because we are laser focused on accelerating our client’s success.” - Eric Egeland

Rosa started with the Capacity Team three years ago. Before she joined the team, she ran a small yoga studio in Pine Bush, NY. It was through this business that she found she loved helping people, and she used her yoga studio as a fundraising platform for local charities. In March of 2017, Rosa became partner of Capacity Bookkeeping, and turned her focus towards this venture full time. Though she may have traded her yoga mat for a calculator and excel spreadsheets, she finds happiness through helping her clients at Capacity Bookkeeping and Capacity Consulting. In November of 2017, Rosa was named as one of the Rising Stars of Orange County.
